As a dispatching service we pride ourselves and providing as many services to the truck drivers as possible. This will allow you as a driver to illuminate driver downtime, reduce the amount of paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on your passion of driving.
DISPATCHING
We aim to provide the best possible loads with the best possible rate. We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction.
FACTORING
We will factor each load per your request (daily / weekly). If you don't have a factoring company, we highly recommend TBS.
DETENTION TIME
We will work with the brokers to gain you all detention pay owed. We will update upload and send out all revised documents.
LUMPER FEE
We will work with the broker to obtain any lumper fee and update upload send out any new documents.
*If you cannot pay lumper fee, we will spot you the lumper fee and then add it to the invoice later.
For any truck order does not use we will work with the broker to get you payment. We will update upload send out any new documents.
FOLLOW ME APP
This is not a requirement it is something that allows our dispatchers to do their jobs a little faster. This will eliminate calling you for all the broker updates they want. This is basically a tracking app that allows us to pull up your location and inform the brokers how far you are away.
CONNECT TEAM
This is the truck management system that we use to dispatch loads.
